Recovery Navigators work one-on-one with individuals and families to provide a broad array of support, including:

  • applying to rebuilding grant funds: fund guidelinesfund application
  • applying to unmet needs grant funds: fund guidelinesfund application
  • access to financial planning resources
  • advocacy and connections to state and federal programs (DOLA, SBA, FEMA)
  • connections with local jurisdiction building departments
  • access to additional resources from area nonprofits
  • help developing individualized recovery plans
  • providing referrals to legal and insurance claims advisors
  • comprehensive recovery planning resources
  • mental health services

Recovery Navigators provide confidential, personalized services for Marshall Fire survivors by appointment only, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., either virtually or in person at 357 McCaslin Blvd, Suite 115-B, Louisville.
