The Marshall ROC Donations Management Committee was established to create a comprehensive process to organize the sourcing, receiving, and distribution of donated goods (solicited, unsolicited, and/or undesignated) so the maximum benefit is derived for individuals impacted by the Marshall Fire and Windstorm. The Donations Management Committee works to serve those who are impacted by the Marshall Fire and Windstorm, and is committed to treating everyone with respect, courtesy, and equality.

The Marshall ROC Donations Management Committee uses a team approach when engaging with voluntary and community-based organizations, businesses, faith-based organizations, and government agencies, and utilizes an information management system tool to help facilitate the donation and distribution of in-kind goods. The Donations Management Committee will collaborate with vetted partners and voluntary organizations to manage the donated goods process for Marshall ROC .

The Marshall ROC Donations Management Committee serves as a focal point for donors and organizations to connect effectively and directly to assist people who continue to be affected by displacement and damage from the Marshall Fires and High Winds disaster.
