Process Groups

Process groups allow individuals to share their experiences and express emotions with others and a trained therapist. Process groups offer group members a chance to connect with their peers to process, cope, and grow from difficult experiences.

What can I expect from process group?

The primary focus in these sessions includes interaction and group cohesion. The therapist will guide the discussion, model effective communication, suggest problem-solving strategies, and encourage support and connection among group members.
